Amid the pandemic, lottery sales plummeted due to physical limitations. E Lotto aims to not only enhance Filipino bettors’ experience but also boost revenue to P70 billion by 2024, doubling daily bettors to four million. This digital platform aligns with the government’s anti-corruption efforts, combating illegal online lottery activities.

E-Lotto registration requires individuals to be 18 years old, and possess a Philippine-registered mobile phone, SIM card, and a valid ID. Registered users can connect their e-wallets to the app for betting and prize collection.

Additionally, the PCSO raised the minimum jackpot prize for Grand Lotto 6/55 and Ultra Lotto 6/58 to P500 million each, adding 22 percent of ticket sales to prize pools for Christmas draws.

Cash-in

As of the moment, you can only cash in using a GCash Account. But before anything else, you should submit KYC (Know-Your-Customer) Requirements. It will take 1–2 business days for it to be approved or denied.

The platform aims to provide global access to lottery games, supporting charitable causes while addressing pandemic-related declines in lottery sales. E-Lotto targets a revenue boost to P70 billion by 2024, aiming to double daily bettors to four million. The initiative aligns with the government’s anti-corruption measures against illegal online lottery activities. Registration requires individuals to be 18 years old with a Philippine-registered mobile phone, SIM card, and valid ID. The minimum jackpot prizes for Grand Lotto 6/55 and Ultra Lotto 6/58 were raised to P500 million each, with 22 percent of ticket sales added to Christmas draws’ prize pools. Winning amounts under Php 300,000.00 are credited to the PCSO E-Lotto Account, while higher amounts can only be claimed at the PCSO office. Currently, cash-ins are facilitated through GCash, subject to KYC (Know-Your-Customer) approval taking 1–2 business days.

It is important to note that playing the lottery, including through the E-Lotto platform, is a form of gambling. Participants are reminded to engage in such activities responsibly and allocate only extra funds for these endeavors. The PCSO encourages players to consider the nature of lotteries as games of chance and to exercise discretion in their financial decisions
